The Band was formed thru Steve, Shane, & Corina Johnson back in 1999 under the name of "Texas Storm".. For one year "Texas Storm" was becoming the top local band in Livingston. During the summer of 1999 "Texas Storm" signed a contract with an local entertainment agent that proved to be the wrong thing, real fast! So on January1st of 2000 Shane, Steve, and Corina (under the advise of a musicians lawyer) agreed to changed the band name from "Texas Storm" to "Southern Revolution" ; freeing the band members and all original music from the entertainment agent. With all these things behind us now the "Southern Revolution" band has been going strong for over 11 years and with no end in sight! Keepin' Southern Rock & Country Alive!
