PROMENADE COSTUME CONTEST RULES AND STRUCTURE

1) There is no charge to enter the contest.
2) The contest will be held at 4pm on Saturday afternoon, November 5, 2011.
3) The promenade will begin immediately following judging (about 5:00 pm).
4) The promenade route will be along the Strand only from 19th to 25th.
5) All riders must stage by 4pm at 18th and Strand at the Old US Customs House Building. Riders not there at that time will not be allowed to promenade.
6) Promenade will be escorted to the starting point from the staging area. No individual riders will be allowed to promenade during this time frame.
7) All applicants must register online prior to the event. Online registration ends Friday, November 4th, 2011.
8) Each applicant will be issued a number plate that must be placed in a highly visible location on your person or motorcycle.
9) If you haven’t received your registration number by October 21, 2011 please contact our office to ensure that we received your registration form.
10) Motorcycle and Rider must be in costume.
11) No Nudity!
12) No Drug Oriented costumes will be permitted.
13) No sexually explicit costumes or display permitted.
14) Only properly costumed entries will be allowed to participate in the promenade.
15) Decision of the judges is final.
16) One (1) Grand Prize of $500 will be awarded.
